My Sister-in-law Hannah does a regular Friday feature over at her place called Friday Funk. I thought it might be fun to occasionally feature a song that makes me think of books or characters.
Today's Funk is currently my favorite song: Uprising by Muse. I recently read Legend by Marie Lu and then this song shuffled onto my iPod and I couldn't stop thinking about Ms. Lu's two main characters, June and Day, and their situations in the dystopian future. Every time I hear it I want to go back and read Legend again; excellent read, excellent song - a perfect match!!! (Legend is on shelves November 29 - mark your calendars for this one!)
